How will I receive my digital files?
Your files are available for download after your purchase. You’ll also receive a download link by email.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
If you use an iCloud email address and don’t see your download email, please check your Junk, Spam, and Trash folders. iCloud may sometimes filter automated emails. If you still can’t find it, please contact us with your order details and we’ll be happy to help.
How long does it take to receive my digital files?
Your digital files will be available for download immediately after your payment is confirmed. In most cases, you'll receive the download link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Can I edit my purchase?
Some products include an editable Canva template. If editing is available, it will be clearly stated in the product listing.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No! Our editable Canva templates are designed to work with a free Canva account.
Can I print the files at home?
Yes! You can print your files at home or use a local or professional print shop.
What size should I print my files?

How are physical products made?
Our physical products are made to order, meaning your item is created specifically after you place your order.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days after processing. International orders may take 10–30 business days after processing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Will my physical product look exactly like the listing?
